When Can I Book a Lesson?

New: You can book a lesson a day before, anytime before midnight. Once you book, your lesson request will automatically be accepted.

What Happens If My Teacher Misses a Scheduled Lesson at Danaa School?

Students can join the class after the teacher has entered. If the teacher has not yet joined the class, follow these steps to address the situation:

  1. Verify your scheduled lesson

  • If you cannot see the “Join the Class” button on your profile, it means you do not have a scheduled lesson. Please check your lesson schedule to confirm the date and time of your upcoming lesson

Wait a Few Minutes Wait a few minutes, as your teacher might be experiencing technical issues or a slight delay.

Report to Support Report the issue to the Danaa School support team:

  • Contact them via WhatsApp at +43 677 63722442.

  • Provide details about the class, such as the date, time, and any communication you’ve had with the teacher.

Contact Your Teacher You can also send a message to your teacher via the Danaa School platform to ask about the reason for their delay or absence.

5 . Request a Reschedule:

  • If your teacher does not show up for a scheduled lesson, you can request to reschedule the lesson in accordance with Danaa School’s policies. Please contact support for assistance in arranging a new time.

  • Contact support with your request and provide all necessary information for verification.  

  • The support team will review your case and assist you with rescheduling the lesson.

 

Please note that if you do not have a scheduled lesson on the platform, your teacher does not need to be present at the usual time for your lesson.

By following these steps, you can effectively handle situations where your teacher does not show up for a scheduled lesson, ensuring your learning experience continues smoothly and productively.

 

How can I Cancel a Lesson?

On Danaa School Platform, a lesson can only be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours before the lesson start time. If you are unable to attend a lesson, inform your teacher as soon as possible. Discuss the possibility of arranging another lesson with your teacher. For any cancellations, both the student and the teacher should contact the support team.

What Happens If You Don’t Show Up for a Scheduled Lesson

If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson, the following steps will be taken:

20-Minute Grace Period:

  • Your teacher will wait for 20 minutes after the scheduled start time in case you are running late.

  • If the student does not show up, the teacher should inform the support team during the 20 minutes of waiting.

Lesson Cancellation:

  • If you do not arrive within 20 minutes, the lesson will be considered canceled.

Rescheduling Upon Agreement

  • If you do not show up for a scheduled lesson or cancel at the last minute, there will be no credit transfer. You may only reschedule the lesson upon agreement with the teacher. The support team will provide you with an additional link to join the lesson at another time.

Last-Minute Cancellations and No-Shows

  • If a lesson is canceled within 24 hours of the start time or if you do not show up without prior notice, the lesson will be considered completed. Rescheduling will only be possible if the teacher agrees.

 

Wallet Refund Policy

All payments made to charge your Danaa School wallet are non-refundable. Please note that once the balance is added to your wallet, it cannot be withdrawn or refunded. You can only use the balance to pay for lessons and other services on the platform.

 

How Can I Reschedule a Lesson?

Please note that you cannot reschedule a lesson directly on the platform. To reschedule, you must either contact your tutor directly via the platform to agree on a new time or contact the support team for assistance. Once the new time is confirmed, the support team will provide you with a link to join the rescheduled lesson.

 

Additional Note:

  • Tutor-Student Agreements: Students and tutors are allowed to make individual agreements regarding lesson cancellations or rescheduling, provided they inform the support team. This flexibility allows for personalized arrangements that suit both parties’ needs.

 

Trial Lesson Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Trial lessons cannot be canceled. If a student misses a trial lesson, they must book a paid lesson with the same tutor. Failure to attend trial lessons may result in limited access to future trial lessons with other tutors.

 

Finishing the Lesson:

  1. Lesson Confirmation:

    • Lessons will be automatically confirmed when attended and ended.

  2. Leave a Review:

    • Provide a review of your experience with the teacher on the platform.

    • Offer constructive feedback to help improve the quality of services at Danaa School.

 

Technical Requirements

  • Both students and teachers should install Any Desk on their computers to facilitate smooth and efficient lessons.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a functional webcam and microphone.

To avoid losing lesson credits, please ensure you are on time for your scheduled lessons or notify your teacher in advance if you need to reschedule.

 

Exchanging Contact Information:

Please be aware that sharing personal contact information (such as email, phone numbers, or social media handles) outside of the Danaa School platform is not allowed. All communication should be kept within the platform to ensure privacy and security for everyone.

You can chat with your tutor and share files through the cloud section on the platform. If you need further assistance, please contact support.

This policy helps maintain a safe and professional environment for all students and tutors. Violating this rule may result in penalties, including temporary suspension or removal from the platform.

 

Harassment Policy 

According to the rules of our platform, any violation of social norms and rules — including inappropriate behavior  and sexual harassment  — is strictly prohibited on Danaa School.

We are committed to ensuring that students never encounter inappropriate behavior or messages from tutors. If you experience any such behavior, please contact our support team immediately!

 

How to Report Violations

At Danaa School, we prioritize a positive and respectful learning environment. While we don’t have a block button on our platform, we encourage students to maintain open communication. If you encounter any issues that violate our community guidelines, please report it to our Support Team.

Our dedicated support professionals will carefully review the situation, ensuring a fair resolution in line with our platform policies. 

It’s important to note that transparency and communication are key aspects of our community, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us uphold a safe and supportive space for all Danaa School users.

If you come across any content that violates our community guidelines on Danaa School, we’ve simplified the reporting process for you. Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Capture a screenshot of the concerning content.

  2. Send the screenshot to our Support Team.

  3. Avoid responding to the message in question.

Penalty for Harassment or Inappropriate Behavior:

  • Immediate Investigation: Any report of inappropriate behavior or harassment by a tutor will be promptly investigated. The tutor’s account may be temporarily suspended during the investigation.

If Found Guilty: Confirmed violations will result in penalties, including temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
