Trial Lesson Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If a student asks you to accept payment outside of the Danaa School system, you must decline the request. Inform the student that all lesson bookings and payments must be made through your Danaa School teaching profile.
Additionally, please report these students by submitting a support ticket. This ensures that you are in compliance with Danaa School policies and helps maintain the integrity of our platform.
Penalty for Accepting Payments Outside the Platform:
- Immediate Investigation: The tutor’s account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
- Permanent Ban: If the violation is confirmed, the tutor will be permanently removed from the platform.
- Frozen Funds: Any pending earnings may be forfeited.
What to Do When a Student Doesn’t Show Up
