Social Media Consent/Release Form For News Media, Promotional Materials, Articles, Research, and/or Photographs I hereby grant Danaa School permission to use my photo and/or information related to my experiences with Danaa School. I understand that this material may be used in various publications, including electronic formats, audiovisual presentations, promotional materials, advertising, community presentations, letters to local legislators, media, and other similar purposes. Danaa School will inform me or my legal representative of the specific information and/or photo to be used before it is released on social media.

Regarding the use of images and information for minors: Children under 18 will not have their faces shown in any published material.

My consent is given freely as a public service to Danaa School without any expectation of payment. I release Danaa School and its employees, officers, and agents from any liability that may arise from the use of news stories, promotional materials, articles, videos, and/or photographs..

I prefer that:

I understand that I can revoke this consent at any time in writing, and the use of any of my photos or information authorized by this release will immediately stop.
