Can I learn Turkish online from scratch?

What's the difference between TÖMER and TYS?
TÖMER is run by Ankara University and is the most established Turkish certification, widely required for university admission. TYS is run by the Yunus Emre Institute and is internationally recognised, held at cultural centres worldwide. Your tutor can advise which one fits your goal.
